Personal origin story of plant based

I had been more plant-oriented most of my life (not very interested in meat but ate it anyway), until I watched "Forks Over Knives" and understood WHY I shouldn't eat it. After that, I dove into the research so I could understand the details and share the information with my patients.

What I’m most excited to bring to Mora patients

The opportunity to achieve optimum health and wellness, and to feel better than your younger self!

My favorite food

Supercharged oatmeal: steel cut oats w/ blueberries, raspberries, flax, hemp seeds, walnuts, pumpkin pie spice and orange extract
