I am just starting out on my journey of being plant based. I decided to make the change because I can see that whole food, pure nutrition is the key to optimal health and wellness. I want to keep my body strong and healthy for all the days of my life and I want to give my kids an incredible foundation of health to build upon.
I'm excited to walk alongside our patients as we build optimal health and wellness by changing our lifestyles. I am passionate about helping each patient begin a journey of personal growth and development and improve their mindsets as well as their physical health.
I have been making a chia seed coconut yogurt pudding with fruit and walnuts. Its my go-to breakfast!
Personal growth and development.
Playing with my two boys or taking on a home DIY project with my husband, our house is a work in progress! We also love to road trip and a National Park is usually a must.
